Ella Washington, Harvard Business Review, June 9, 2020

Ella Washington, an organisational psychologist at Georgetown University, argues that US private sector businesses have a big role to play in maintaining the fight for racial justice. Washington says that widespread protests should mark a shift in how companies and corporate leaders push for government policy changes, how they think about diversity and inclusion, and combat inequality. She argues that these issues need to be worked on every single day for anything to change.
