Preventing burnout is about empathetic leadershipND

A new Workforce Institute survey of 3,900 employees and business leaders across 11 countries has found that burnout fatigue is affecting both employees working remotely (43 per cent) and those working physically in the office (43 per cent).About 60 per cent of employees and business leaders said their organisation has taken some steps to prevent burnout.
